We will refund your impression kit or home scan appointment in full, If our orthodontists determine that Dentalign Clear Aligners are not the right option for you. This does not apply if the impression kit you return contains unusable impressions. If that happens, we will give you the option to purchase another impression kit at a discounted price.
Aligners should be worn as instructed for a minimum of 10 hours (night aligners) or 22 hours (day aligners) every day. If you do not see any significant results after 6 weeks, we'll develop a new treatment plan for free. In this case, you may have to complete a new set of impressions.
Exchange is only applicable to the impression kit, and only in the event that you receive a defective product. In that case, please email us at info@dentalign.com to request a new kit.
